How The Option C 1-1 Container Works

A guided season through Reflection, Orientation, and Integration. Where we uncover, understand and reimagine the strategies we use to cover up different veils of presence we yet have the capacity to hold. Turning your life into a choice rather than reactive circumstance.

The Three Phases

Reflection — "Is the chair even there?"

You are given language for what you've only ever felt.This is where metaphor, poetry, and precise language open emotional access.
Where patterns become visible.
Where the difference between fantasy, imagination, and reality become clear.
You begin to see clearly.

Orientation — "I can sit here safely."

This is the stabilising phase.Discernment sharpens.
Boundaries become natural.
Presence replaces reaction.
You begin to feel safe enough to be honest with yourself.

Integration — "I can move the furniture and it still feels like home."

This is where real life changes.Decisions happen without force.
Behaviour shifts without effort.
Identity stops being narrated.
You begin to live differently — without trying.This is embodiment.

The ABC Method

Most people live between two reactions.Option A — Escape.
Option B — Endure.
Both feel familiar. Both feel limited.Option C is the middle path where we honour both truths without collapsing into either. It often reveals a way forwards that you couldn't previously see — not because it was hidden, but because you were trying to solve it from inside the pattern.This methods helps you step outside the loop without forcing a decision.

Metaphor gently bypasses the mind's defence system.When you can see your life, your relationships, or your inner conflict reflected in something simple — a coin, a jar, a fence — the complexity becomes workable.Metaphor allows us to build new internal frameworks without you feeling analysed, judged, or "worked on."you see yourself clearly, without pressure.

Poetry & Precise Language

Sometimes what you feel is far bigger than what you can say.Through carefully crafted language, written reflections, and occasional extended documents created specifically for you, we give structure to what has only ever lived as a sensation in your body.This is where emotional fog turns into something you can actually stand inside.

Voice Note Access

Life doesn't happen once a week in a session.You have access to me between session so that when something real is unfolding, you're not left alone with it. This is often where the most meaningful shifts occur.

Before insight, the body must feel safe.These guided practices help you settle into yourself, slow the nervous system, and arrive into a state where clarity becomes possible without force.

Shadow Work

We don't avoid the uncomfortable parts of you.We make them speak.Through conversation, reflection, and emotional awareness, we explore identity, patterns, contradictions, and the parts of you that have quietly been running your life from the background.

Optional Intuitive Tools

When appropriate, we may draw from symbolism, tarot, or narrative reframing — not as mysticism, but as mirrors that make the unseen visible in a way logic sometimes cannot.Nothing is rigid.
Everything is intentional.

- Noticing how you've been living in fantasy instead of imagination

- Nervous system settling
- Real-time guidance when life presents decisions
You don't force change.You start to feel stable.

Later Phase — Integration

This is where life starts moving differently.This often looks like:- Decisions you've avoided finally start happening
- Behaviour changing without discipline
- Relationships reorganising naturally
- Identity feeling lighter
- You noticing you are no longer narrating yourself
- People around you noticing something has shifted
You don't become someone new.You start being yourself without effort.

Everyone enters at a different place.
The work adapts to where you actually are —
not where you think you should be.

- Ongoing voice note access between sessions
